This document sets out all the rules, conditions and responsibilities that apply between you and us when using the xbajee 75 platform. Please read it in full before registering or using the platform.
01 Introduction and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the xbajee 75 platform and all its related services. "Platform" refers to xbajee 75's website, mobile application and other digital channels through which services are provided.

- "Account" — the personal user profile created for each member.
- "Balance" — the amount of money deposited in the account.

- "Wager" or "Bet" — the amount allocated from the balance to participate in a game or event.
- "Withdrawal" — the process of taking money out of the account.
By completing registration on the platform or starting to use any service, you are considered to have automatically agreed to all of these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.
02 Eligibility and Registration
To open an account and use services on xbajee 75, the following conditions must be met:
2.1 Age Requirement
The minimum age to participate on the platform is 21 (twenty-one) years. Any person under the age of 21 is entirely ineligible to register or place bets on xbajee 75. A national identity card or equivalent document may be required for age verification when opening an account.
2.2 Single Account
Each person may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.
2.3 Accurate Information

03 Account Management
3.1 Security and Confidentiality
Your username and password are entirely personal and confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the xbajee 75 support team immediately.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
To ensure secure transactions, xbajee 75 may request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
If there are no transactions or activity for an extended period, xbajee 75 may mark the account as inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, please contact the support team.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The common payment methods available in Bangladesh can be used to deposit on xbajee 75: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
4.3 Payment Verification
The payment account used for deposits and withdrawals must be in the name of the registered member. Transactions made using a third party's account are not acceptable and such transactions may be cancelled.
05 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,000. Wagering must be completed before this bonus can be withdrawn — the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagering).
5.2 Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own validity period and wagering requirements, which are stated in the offer details.
- It may not be possible to activate another bonus while one bonus is already active.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, xbajee 75 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and withdraw any associated winnings.
- If a withdrawal is made before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.
- VIP cashback and other promotions have their own separate terms.
5.3 VIP Cashback
The xbajee 75 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback is provided at a set rate on weekly net losses at each tier. The cashback amount is determined based on the maximum applicable rate.
06 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on xbajee 75 are operated fairly and transparently. Slots and other casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which makes every outcome completely impartial and unpredictable.
6.2 Betting Rules
When participating in sports betting or casino games, the specific rules of each section apply. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed (except in specific exceptional circumstances).
6.3 Technical Issues
If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, network problem or other technical fault, xbajee 75 reserves the right to settle that round in accordance with standard rules.
6.4 Misconduct and Fraud
Attempting to exploit software errors, game vulnerabilities or any other improper means for gain, using bots, or coordinating to manipulate bets is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the associated funds will be forfeited.
07 Responsible Gambling
xbajee 75 believes that gambling should be enjoyable and never harmful. To that end, we follow the responsible gambling guidelines and encourage members to stay informed. Members can use deposit limits, session limits or temporary breaks to protect themselves.

10 Limitation of Liability
xbajee 75 endeavours to provide the platform's technical services reliably. However, xbajee 75 is not liable in the following situations:
- Loss caused by internet connection outages or device issues.
- Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
- Uncontrollable events (force majeure), such as natural disasters or government directives.
- Loss arising from the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.

11 Account Termination
11.1 Termination by the User
A member may request the closure of their own account through the support team. All outstanding bonus requirements and withdrawal processes must be completed before closure.
11.2 Termination by xbajee 75
xbajee 75 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Serious breach of the Terms.
- Providing false information or identity fraud.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
- An account being operated by a person under 21 years of age.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
12 Changes to Terms
xbajee 75 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified on the platform in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as the member's agreement to the new Terms.
